Return & Refund Policy

At Glamshells, we are committed to providing products and service that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return process designed to be both efficient and transparent.

Returns are accepted for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please be aware that certain items—such as customized products or those considered intimate in nature—may not be eligible for return due to health, safety, or personalization reasons.

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate return or exchange requests beyond this timeframe.

Prior to returning any merchandise, we ask that you contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number may not be accepted or processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within a reasonable processing period. Refund amounts may be adjusted to account for restocking fees, return shipping charges, and applicable taxes, where relevant.

If your refund does not appear as expected, we recommend reviewing your bank or credit card statement. In some cases, financial institutions may take additional time to process the transaction. Should further assistance be required, our customer support team will be happy to investigate the matter on your behalf.

Items purchased at a discount or during promotional events may be returned unless otherwise noted; however, the refund will reflect the price paid at the time of purchase.

Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation, our customer service team can guide you through the exchange process. Please note that availability of replacement items is not guaranteed and that any price differences or additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

To complete your return, please contact us to obtain a valid RA number and return instructions. Pack your item securely—preferably in its original packaging—along with any included accessories, tags, or documents. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package before shipping it to the return address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

In some instances, a restocking fee may apply to returned items. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking inventory. Any applicable fees will be communicated to you during the return process.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item—the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise arranged.
